A dark brown-grey acquatic water scorpion from Indonesia. They possess raptorial forelegs that can inflict a painful bite, even though they are not an aggressive species. When their wings are open, you can see a bright red-orange color on their abdomens, at the end they posess these long tubes or siphons that protrude outwards serve as an air-duct or snorkel when in water. Definitely an interesting looking fella!
